Our top priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our volunteers and clients. Like all of you, we are monitoring the spread of COVID-19 virus and following the advice of federal, state, and local health officials. During this fluid time we will continue to make adjustments to our services and operations as needed. Please know our goal is to serve our clients to the best of our ability during these challenging times.
Effective, March 19, 2020, we will limit our client services to furniture pick ups only. Clients are welcome to schedule an appointment to come to the warehouse to pick out furniture items and transport the items home with them at that time. We have suspended all furniture deliveries until further notice. Please cancel your pickup appointment if you or anyone in your household are sick.
For donors requesting pickup, we will continue to provide this service at this time. We do encourage donors to place the items under a covered porch or in the garage to minimize contact if possible. Your donations are desperately needed! Please continue to give!
Additionally, we have cancelled all group volunteer activities until further notice. Thank you for your willingness to help us serve others and we look forward to working with you again in the near future.
Please know that we have increased our disinfecting of all furniture items and the warehouse in an effort to protect our volunteers and clients. Our cleaning products are proven effective in killing the coronavirus.
